Recruiting pilots and technicians
HireVue
HireVue is a general-purpose hiring platform, not an aviation-specific product. Aviation teams, including Emirates, have used its AI-scored video interviews and assessments for high-volume hiring.
Why it can make the operation money
Proven at airline scale for volume roles. Check how it handles licence and type-rating checks before using it for pilots or technicians.
